Scope and Binding Agreement

These Sports Betting Rules govern all bets placed on the 7777w platform. By placing a bet, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Rules and to any updates published by the operator. The operator may amend the Rules at any time; changes take effect immediately for bets placed after publication unless stated otherwise, and the operator reserves the right to apply amended Rules to existing unsettled bets where permitted by law.

  • Customer or Player means the holder of an account who places bets.
  • Bet means a chosen wager on a specified Market, confirmed by funds transfer and acceptance by the Operator.

  • Live Bet means a bet placed on a Market while the event is in progress.
  • Settlement means the determination and payout of a bet based on the official result or declared outcome.
  • Void means a bet is cancelled with the stake returned to the Customer.
  • Event means the sporting or other eligible competition to which a Bet applies.
  • Odds means the ratio by which a stake is multiplied to determine payout.
  • Unauthorised Activity means any conduct prohibited by these Rules, including manipulation or fraud.

Account Eligibility and Registration

  • Only individuals of legal gambling age may register and place bets. The Operator reserves the right to request verification of identity and age, and to suspend or close accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal data. The Operator will treat data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable law.
  • Multiple accounts by a single person are prohibited. If detected, accounts may be consolidated, restricted or closed and promotions may be withdrawn.

Bet Acceptance and Validation

  • Bets are accepted in accordance with the available Markets and during the stated trading hours. Bets on a Market may be invalid if the outcome is already known or if the Market is suspended or closed before acceptance.
  • If a bet is found to be invalid or contains an error, the Operator may cancel the bet, revert any changes, or refund the stake.
  • The Operator may refuse to accept any bet, in whole or in part, without prior notice or explanation. Such action may apply to abuse of promotions, error in odds, or suspected irregular activity.
  • Before an event starts, the Operator may void or cancel bets entirely or partially at its discretion, including after acceptance, where there is a valid reason such as a palpable error or system issue.
  • The maximum time between the settlement of a bets slip and any potential re-settlement is 30 days.

Markets, Settlements and Cancellations

  • The standard basis for settlement is the official result announced by the event authorities or governing bodies. Markets are settled on the normal official outcome for the relevant period unless a market description specifies otherwise.
  • If an event is postponed, abandoned, or not completed within the designated window, the Operator reserves the right to void bets or to settle according to the best available official result. Bets may be voided if the event is not resumed within the applicable timeframe.
  • For outright and long-term markets, bets remain valid until the decision of the governing body or contest authorities determines the outcome. If the Participant in an outright market is replaced, the team or participant markets may stand while individual performance bets may be void.
  • In events where multiple legs or rounds determine the final outcome, settlement shall follow the structure described in the Market description. If a leg is postponed and then played within the permitted window, bets on other legs may remain valid; otherwise, affected markets may be voided.
  • In the event of suspected fraud or manipulation, the Operator may withhold settlement, suspend payouts, or void affected bets and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
  • The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds or results. If a bet was placed in real time and an error occurred on the odds or event data, the bet may be voided or recalculated as appropriate.

Outrights and Play-or-Pay

  • Outright markets (winner, top positions, or other tournament outcomes) are subject to the Play-or-Pay rule: bets on participants will stand regardless of non-participation by listed participants, except that certain head-to-head or individual performance markets may be void if a listed participant does not compete.
  • Replacement by another participant within the same team or event does not automatically void team markets; individual performance bets may be void as applicable.

Live Betting Rules

  • Live odds are updated in real time and may move before bet acceptance. A bet accepted on a live Market is subject to the odds at the moment of acceptance, which may differ from the odds displayed at the moment of selection.
  • Live bets are settled on the basis of results and information available immediately after the event outcome is confirmed. If a participant does not take part in the event, live bets on that participant may be considered invalid unless otherwise stated.
  • Any bets on Markets where the outcome is determined during live play will be settled as soon as the outcome is known. If the event is interrupted for an extended period, bets settled prior to interruption remain valid unless the event is declared void.
  • Claims relating to live bets may be submitted within 24 hours after the event start time for consideration.

Odds, Payouts and Rounding

  • Odds are presented to the customer in two decimal places in the user interface. Total odds for multi-bet structures are calculated and rounded according to the operator’s method. Winnings are paid with two decimal places, and any rounding discrepancy may be resolved in favor of the Operator where permitted by law.
  • In the event of a disputed result or a later correction by event authorities, the Operator may adjust settlements accordingly, provided such adjustment is communicated before the conclusion of the specified event window.

Sport-Specific Rules Overview

Where a market description specifies, sport-specific rules apply. The following summaries reflect common governing practices and are not exhaustive; for full terms see the related Market descriptions within the Operators services.

  • Football: Bets are settled on the official 90 minutes plus injury time, with extra time and penalty shootouts generally excluded unless explicitly stated in the Market.
  • Tennis: Bets are settled based on official match results; retirements, withdrawals, or disqualifications affect relevant markets as described in Market terms.
  • Basketball: Bets are settled on the final score including any overtime unless otherwise specified in the Market.
  • Baseball: Settlements follow the official result; rules may specify innings completed and conditions for Moneyline and other markets.
  • American Football: Bets include overtime unless market terms specify otherwise; outcomes are determined by official game result.
  • Other sports: Markets may specify conditions such as stage finishes, time limits, or special formats. When a market description contradicts general rules, the market description governs.

Disputes, Errors and Recalculation

  • Any dispute regarding a bet must be raised to the Operator within 30 days of the event end. The Operator will investigate and respond in due course.
  • In the event of a technical failure, or incorrect event data, affected bets may be voided or recalculated at the Operator’s discretion.
  • The Operator may correct any obvious or material error in odds, markets or results. Corrective actions may include cancellation, voiding, or recalculation of affected bets.

Security, Privacy and Data Integrity

The Operator maintains reasonable security measures to protect customer data and funds. Personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable law and the Operator’s privacy policy. Winnings and payments are treated confidentially and disclosed only as required by law or regulator.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7777w promotes responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set limits and to seek help if gambling becomes problematic. The Operator provides tools for self-exclusion, stake limits and time controls in accordance with applicable law.

Acknowledgement and Online Acceptance

By placing a bet, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Rules and confirms the accuracy of the information provided. The Operator may log activity and maintain a betting history for analysis, auditing and regulatory compliance purposes.
